However, in 2017, this member accelerated its contributions by hosting additional activities; and by donating a high-profile sponsorship it funded to a charitable organization in The Magnificent Mile district.  Through the generosity of Texas de Brazil, patients and families of The Ronald McDonald House near Lurie Children’s Hospital participated in the BMO Harris Bank Magnificent Mile Lights Festival and rode in the procession down Michigan Avenue on a float that was specially designed to convey the charity’s important message of caring and hope.

By providing improved and expanded public access to the Riverwalk, new landscaping, and public seating, Zeller has created a unique amenity for the public to enjoy in The Magnificent Mile District.
