April 11 Member Briefing: How Does The Mag Mile Compare?

As High Streets around the globe recover from the pandemic and face a changing retail environment, we invite you to join a Members Only Briefing covering the topic of recovery on The Magnificent Mile®. 

This Briefing will be hosted by our Chair, Justine Fedak, on Tuesday, April 11 at the Fairmont Chicago - Millennium Park. In this session, you’ll hear from Cushman & Wakefield retail real estate experts, Jim Kierski, Head of Retail Consulting, Americas and James Bohnaker, Senior Economist, who will share insights from their most recent “Main Streets Across the World” study. Jim and James will also bring perspective on how The Magnificent Mile compares to other High Streets across the Globe, and offer insights into ways some High Streets are addressing the macro-economic shifts impacting rents, occupancy rates, and retail sales.

You’ll also hear from these Association members whose businesses have more than rebounded, and learn strategies they’ve deployed to grow in today’s rapidly changing retail environment.
