Reminiscent of lounges from Hollywood’s golden age while maintaining an impeccably modern feel, guests will enter through a lively room accented by touches creamy white, slate grey and dark blue. Carefully curated with a conscience, the design team used ethically sourced bar stools and chairs from ITALSED, a company that prides itself on its ongoing commitment to using sustainable raw materials. This means that the bar stools and chairs were made with timber sourced from FSC accredited forests, not wood that has been illegally traded, is in violation of human rights in forestry relations, or involved with destruction of high conservation values in forestry operations.
While the lounge is punctuated with Art Deco-inspired elements like geometric wall sconces, glittering mirrors, and pin-tucked seating, it is the show-stopping views of the Chicago River that provide the ultimate backdrop.
