Art on theMART, the largest and longest-running digital art projection in the world will project four renowned artworks by Andy Warhol in alignment with the Art Institute of Chicago’s fall exhibition Andy Warhol—From A to B and Back Again across the 2.5 acre river-façade of theMART (formerly Merchandise Mart). The artworks, Andy Warhol’s Liz #3 [Early Colored Liz], Flowers, Shot Orange Marilyn, and Cow Wallpaper [Pink on Yellow] will join commissions by Charles Atlas and Petra Cortright and remain on view for two hours nightly beginning approximately 30 minutes after sunset through December 31. The partnership enables these masterpieces to be seen by the thousands of locals and visitors traversing downtown Chicago and the Chicago Riverwalk each evening.
