Mozzarella Store, Pizza & Caffè is opening this spring in Chicago as the company’s first and flagship restaurant and specialties retail shop to offer fresh-made-daily “Fior di Latte” mozzarella & burrata and other fresh and aged Italian cheeses from the company’s nearby dairy factory, Golfo di Napoli Dairy, all made from local organic milk, developed in the authentic Italian way. Traditional Neapolitan pizza, coffee, small plates and other Italian specialties with an organic focus will also be available at the one-of-a-kind Pizzeria & Caffè located inside the store. The store is located in the heart of Chicago’s famed Magnificent Mile, across from the Water Tower, surrounded by luxury retailers & hotels, top businesses and Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood.
