ETA Restaurant + Bar just launched new seasonal dishes – perfect timing now that the weather is starting to turn crisp, the leaves are changing colors, and the smell of apple pies and Pumpkin Spiced Lattes are filling the air! New seasonal menu starter highlights include Fall Squash Risotto – brown butter, bandage aged cheddar; Avocado Toast - grilled sourdough, confit crab, sofrito, pepitas, pomegranate seeds; PEI  Mussels - baby leeks, white wine, saffron cream, chili threads, grilled sourdough; Colossal Prawns – brown butter polenta, chili butter; and Mushroom Consommé – soft egg, smoked pork belly, enoki mushroom. New entrée highlights include Catalpa Lamb Rack - confit marbled potatoes, sage scented squash, jus, mint; Cast Iron Scallops – honey + fennel pollen, dukkah spiced cauliflower, chipotle yam puree, celery; ETA Burger – double patty, widmer 1 year cheddar, crispy onion, b+b pickles, tomato jam; Sixty South Salmon – broccolini, crispy potato, romesco. Be sure to save room for dessert! New seasonal desserts include Poached Bosc Pear – brown butter kataifi, spiced pear ice cream; Brownie Cheesecake – pecan crumble, apple, salted caramel ice cream; and Chocolate Yuzu Cake – gingersnap streusel, hazelnut ice cream.
