This Fall, Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago® is embracing the changing of seasons by announcing a new lineup of menus at both Terrace 16. Adding to the dynamic menu at Terrace 16, acclaimed Chef Nick Dostal incorporates Autumn ingredients into various dishes while the cocktails at Rebar also highlight the fall flavors.

Guests can enjoy hearty, fall flavor-inspired dishes such as the Berkshire Pork Chop with Romanesco, carrot puree, apple jam and violet mustard; Half Roasted Chicken with herbed farro and broccolini drizzled with pan drippings; and on the lighter side, a revamped Kale Salad with Tuscan and baby kale, pepitas, goat cheese, dried cranberries and pickled shallots topped with a balsamic vinaigrette.

 

Other new menu items include: Truffle Fries, Jerk Chicken Wings, Crispy Calamari Strips, Tomato and Burrata Toast and Hamachi Crudo for shared plates. Main course items include:  Whole Fried Fish, according to the market selection, with sweet soy glaze, fresno curls, cilantro, scallions, limes and white rice; Cavetelli Pasta topped with herb pesto, parmesan, pine nuts, basil and bread crumb; as well as a 16oz Prime N.Y. Strip Steak paired with frites, forest mushroom conserva and veal jus.

 

With the new menu, Terrace 16 also sets itself up as the perfect place for executives to dine over a power breakfast or lunch meeting.  

Professionals can discuss the bottom line over impressive fare all within an hour. Breakfast options include prime hanger steak and eggs, black truffle fromage, rice porridge with soy glazed pork belly or a choice of omelet. The revitalized lunch menu highlights the kale salad, Dungeness crab roll and the Terrace16 burger. Guests can also dive into a larger entrée such as the Ora King Salmon or Egg Yolk Tagliatelle. Terrace 16 is proud to offer its signature blend of coffee from Sparrow Coffee roasters, founded in nearby West Loop, for an extra energy boost to any meal.

 

Terrace 16 is open for lunch and dinner from 12 p.m. until 10 p.m.
