On Friday, June 7th, Magnificent Mile Association Chairman delivered the Commencement Address to the 152 graduates from the Chicago High School for Agricultural High School. Located on what was the last working farm in Chicago, the Agricultural High School is a national model for developing future leaders in animal and food science, horticulture, biotechnology, engineering and economics. The Brookfield Zoo, of which Rich Gamble serves as Chief Operating Officer, has been a long time partner with the School. The School also has been a long time participant in the Magnificent Mile Lights Festival working at the Eli’s Cheesecake Booth at Lights Festival Lane and accepting donations for the Greater Chicago Food Depository. Rich was invited to deliver the Commencement Address by Principal Bill Hook and past Magnificent Mile Association, Chairman, Marc Schulman, who serves as Co-Chair of the Business Advisory Board for the School.
